We are a family-run business with a management team that has decades of experience at all levels of the cleaning industry. After witnessing dishonest practices, poor standards, and low staff wellbeing in the industry, we decided to start a company that would do things right.

The key to ensuring our standards remain high is transparency. We carefully develop our deep cleaning packages to meet the needs of our clients and lay out exactly what is included in our pricing structures to ensure there are no hidden fees. Our commercial cleaning contracts are delivered as service-level-agreements based around mutually-agreed KPIs which are then rigorously audited to ensure that we deliver what matters most to our clients.

Our recruitment policies are some of the strictest in the industry. New hires are required to have at least 5 years’ experience and every staff member is required to hold an up-to-date enhanced DBS check. Our recruits begin by going through formal training to earn British Cleaning Certificate Awards as well as British Oven Cleaning Certificate Awards. They then undergo our 6-month on-the-job training program. This involves close supervision from senior management and covers topics such as health and safety, conduct and communication, our company cleaning standards, and advanced training to understand the composition and proper use of the equipment and chemicals we use. The result is an elite team of carefully-selected cleaners with a thorough understanding of both the theory and practice of cleaning.
