4. Receive Your Quotation
Our office will build your service package using the information you have supplied. Your quotation will set out the proposed KPIs for your service and other operational details for your approval.
5. Approval And Deployment
Once you approve our quote, your dedicated contract manager will arrange to meet with the relevant people to create your tailored deployment schedule and get your services in place.

How much does Conract cleaning cost?
Prices for contract cleaning services vary greatly based on factors such as property size, operational considerations, and site usage.
Service-level agreements will be priced based on the number and nature of the KPIs agreed, allowing sufficient time and resources to achieve the agreed standards.
Our base hourly rates range from £20-£30 per cleaner per hour depending on the operational needs and demands of your premises.
Periodic deep cleaning and other additional requested services can be quoted on an as-needed basis or included as part of your contract – e.g. 6-monthly window cleaning. These are priced separately from regular cleaning.

Can you work in line with our site security and safeguarding policies?
Yes. Our staff are trained in the common security and safeguarding needs of the types of site they work at and our deployment process includes a discussion of any specific arrangements you need (such as staff signing in when arriving on site, keyholding/access arrangements, and specific requirements such as enhanced DBS checking) and these form part of our staff induction for your site.
We need the cleaning completed out of hours, can your staff unlock/lock up?
Yes, we have a robust keyholding management system that ensures our staff can access your site while maintaining your security. This policy and procedures are available in our information pack and any special considerations you need can be taken into account.
How do I pay? What forms of payment do you accept?
You will receive a monthly invoice at the end of the month. Payment is due by BACS within 30 days.
Do I need to supply anything for the clean?
We supply all equipment, chemicals, and consumables needed for the clean. The only thing we need from you is electricity and hot water. If you cannot supply hot water, just let us know and we can make arrangements.
How do you ensure the health and safety of your staff on our site?
We take health and safety very seriously. Alongside our general operation RAMS, which form the basis of our initial staff training, we provide site-specific RAMS for your contract as well as safe systems of work where your operation requires it.
Do you offer gardening or external cleaning services?
At this time we do not offer these services. We may be able to complete small external tasks such as the outside of windows and doors, ask our office if you need these added to a package.
