Our Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning

Our Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning service brings your fabrics back to life. We use an extraction cleaning technique which penetrates fibres and lifts off dirt. This process and the chemicals used are safe for all types of carpet.

In addition to our extraction cleaning, we can treat most common stains including food, coffee, ink, make-up, paint, blood, mud, and pet stains.

We also offer an optional stain protection treatment service. This does not alter the look or feel of the fabric and helps to repel water-based staining, ensuring that your newly fresh and clean fabric stays that way as long as possible.

Dirty carpets hold dust, germs, pet hair, and allergens. These pollutants can affect air quality and trigger allergies. Dirt also grinds into carpet fibres and causes wear. Fortunately, regular carpet cleaning removes build-up, freshens your home, and helps your carpets last longer. As a result, your carpets look better, smell better, and support a healthier living space.

Our Deep Cleaning Process

Our carpet and upholstery cleaning process begins by checking your carpet or upholstery. First, we identify the type of fabric. Then, we inspect any stains or heavy soiling. This helps us choose the safest and most effective cleaning method for your item.
Next, if we find heavy dirt or stains, we apply a pre-treatment solution with a sprayer. We also use specialist stain removers for marks such as ink, paint, nail varnish, coffee, and red wine. We match the treatment to the type of stain for the best results.
After that, we clean your carpet or upholstery with a hot water extraction machine. We use a shampoo that is safe for your type of fabric. This process removes dirt, dust, and odours from deep within the fibres. If needed, we repeat this step to remove heavier soiling.
Then, we check for any remaining odours. If necessary, we apply a deodorising treatment with a sprayer. This helps remove lingering smells and leaves your carpet or upholstery smelling fresh.
Finally, if you choose our stain protection service, we let the fabric dry before applying the protective treatment. This treatment does not change the look or feel of the fabric. Instead, it helps stop water-based spills from soaking in. Liquids stay on the surface for longer, giving you more time to wipe them away.
