What is cooker extraction system cleaning?

Our staff use professional desgreasers to penetrate built-up grease and return your extractor to top condition. Cooker extraction system cleaning is an optional extra, you can add it to our standard deep cleaning package.

How does extraction system cleaning work?

The first step is to detach any removable parts from your extractor.

These parts are then cleaned using a dip tank or manually to remove all grease and dirt. The method chosen will depend on the type and brand of extractor you have.

The next step is to degrease and clean the extractor hood itself. This includes both internal and external surfaces.

The last step is to replace the clean removable parts and give the extractor a final polish.
