Standard Deep Clean Package
Our standard deep cleaning package has been developed based on typical end of tenancy criteria lists used by major lettings agents and is designed to cover the essential cleaning needs of most properties. If you or your landlord / agent have any specific requirements, please let us know and we can tailor your estimate accordingly. For example, by focusing on selected rooms only.
Properties without furniture (i.e. end of tenancies, moving-in cleaning):
- Walls wiped down
- Floors hoovered and mopped
- Light fixtures wiped
- Skirting and baseboards cleaned
- Worksurfaces sanitised
- Cupboards and fronts wiped
- Sinks and taps descaled and polished
- Showers and baths descaled
- Tiles and grout scrubbed
- Toilets descaled and sanitised
- Ledges and sills wiped
- Cobweb removal
- Doors and window frames wiped
Properties with furniture (i.e. domestic deep cleaning):
- All of the above
- Hard surfaces wiped and polished
- Soft furnishings vacuumed (shampooing available)
